The usual criminals are involved, undoubtably along with a whole new crowd of bottom feeding dirtbags.

The best, most reliable and most economic way to save gasoline is to drive less. Ride a bike if you can! I realize the weather is getting cold, but gloves and hat solve that problem quickly.
