Our friends at Blue Collar MTB have been working on the Blue Collar Bombproof Bike Project since January of this year. With reader input, they've designed a bike with a "reasonable" combination of performance, weight, and durability characteristics. The Bombproof Bike was finally unveiled today and it's a nice looking ride.
Now my question: I wonder if the Mountainbike Militia might be willing to test how bombproof this bike is? The Militia tested the "bulletproof" claim of Cannodale's Headshock suspension fork some time back with real bullets, so perhaps real bombs can be used on the Blue Collar bike.
