Okay, gents, what do you do to keep the boys from freezing solid in the cold? I've been doing year-round cycling for a couple of decades but I don't recall having this problem in the past.

Mags, I think maybe you missed the "third sock" hint.... We're not talking tootsies here.
As for the cash and prizes freezing up, I can honestly say that's a good stumper, and I have no suggestions, but am now quite curious myself. I'm thinking wool undies.
