Personal trainer in your ear

Star trainer Mike Cornell has launched the first in a series of user-friendly, MP3 personal training sessions entitled Transformation.

"Transformation is like having a personal trainer in your ear," says Cornell. "It's clear and simple so beginners won’t be intimidated or confused." Which exercise? How many sets? How many reps? Amercia Council on Exercise certified Cornell answers all of those questions and more. Cornell explained, “while the programs is ideal for beginners, even experienced lifters can use a little coaching and motivation to bring new life into their exercise regime”.

The Transformation MP3 workout includes:
  • 1 10 minutes - Treadmill Warm-up
  • 2 40 minutes - Weight Training
  • 3 10 minutes - Guided Stretching.
  • 4 Instructional booklet.
